Energy Transition Summit Asia
Blueleaf Energy's CEO, Ram Natarajan, will speak at the Economist Impact, Energy Transition Summit Asia, 26 March 2025, Bangkok, Thailand

Our CEO, Raghuram (Ram) Natarajan, will speak at the Economist Impact’s Energy Transition Summit Asia as part of their day 2 panel – Watts next? Optimizing the energy mix to solve intermittency – on 26 March 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand.

Co-located with Sustainability Week Asia, Energy Transition Summit Asia will explore Asia’s fast growing need for energy and what the region’s heavy reliance on fossil fuels, diverse mix of policies, politics and levels of development mean for the global climate crisis.

Mr. Natarajan’s panel, which will take place from 4:35 to 5:05 PM THA, will zero in on how Asia can overcome the complexity of introducing intermittent renewable energy sources, such as wind and solar, into the grid and the role hydrocarbons like liquefied natural gas must play in bridging the gap to a more sustainable energy future.

His panel will include:

  • Arjan Van Den Broek, executive vice president and advisor of chief operating officer, GPSC
  • Olivier Duguet, chief executive and co-founder, The Blue Circle
  • Raghuram Natarajan, chief executive, Blueleaf Energy
  • Ritu Bhandari, manager, sustainability, policy and insights, Economist Impact
